Job Summary:
We are seeking for one Senior and one Jr Global Talent Recruiter to join our young dynamic and innovative company, to support our US operations from our Hyderabad office during US daytime hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Candidate Sourcing: Leverage job boards, social media platforms, and networking to identify qualified candidates for open roles.
- Screening: Review resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and evaluate candidates’ qualifications and suitability for specific positions. Manage negotiations around hiring terms and compensation packages.
- Interview Coordination: Arrange and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring smooth logistics.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate long-term connections with both past applicants and potential future candidates.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- Proven experience as a Social Media Marketing Specialist or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) and their unique audiences.
- Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
- Proficiency in content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or other graphic design software.
